Blaine Marchand
Blaine Marchand (born 1949 Ottawa) is a Canadian poet.
Life
He began a weekly poetry programme on FM radio. He is a co-founder of the Ottawa Independent Writers. From 1992 to 1994 he was president of the League of Canadian Poets. He lives in Ottawa.[1]
